We provide reservation service for various accommodations, events and services.

Reservation Terms and Conditions

Rates

  • All rates are subjected to 5%-10% service sur-charge, rounded-up to the nearest RM10.
  • Regular rate is applicable everyday, including Saturday, excepts long public holiday.
  • Peak rate is applicable when check-in date falls on long public holiday and its eve.
  • Long public holiday is when the public holiday is longer than a day.
  • Charge on extra pax will be applied according to the rates of various accommodations respectively.
Check-in
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00pm. Please note that your reserved accommodation will be cancelled and all your deposits will be forfeited if you fail to check-in before 4:00pm.
  • Early check-in is subjected to availability and approval by the accommodation's management.
  • You will be requested to pay a refundable security deposit varies from RM100 to RM300 when you check-in. The deposit will be refunded (after deduction of some extra charges, if any) when you check-out.
Check-out
  • Check-out time is strictly 12:00pm, especially when there are guests checking-in on the same day you check-out. This is to allow the housekeeping team to carry out their tasks and to ensure cleanliness for everyone.
  • You may check-out late only when there are no guest checking-in on the same day you check-out. However, the management will apply a fee for delayed check-out, according to the rates of various resorts/bungalows/apartments.
Payment & Reservation
  • All payment shall be made in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  • A deposit of 50% of the total accomodation charges shall be paid upon reservation.
  • Reservation is on first-come-first-serve basis and is valid upon receive of payment proof.
  • All outstanding balances shall be settled ten (10) days prior to your check-in. The accommodation will be made available to others and your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to settle the outstanding balance on time.
  • An admin fee of 1% or RM20, whichever higher, will be charged on cancellation of cheque.
  Postpone or Changes in Booking
  • Request for changes in booking within 10 days prior to check-in date will not be entertained.
  • Postpone is allowed with written notice not less than ten (10) days prior to initial check-in/function date. Otherwise, cancellation fee will be applied as above.
  • An admin fee of 20% or RM100, whichever higher, will be imposed for postpone or amendment.
Cancellation
  • A cancellation fee equivalent to the paid deposit will be imposed in the event of a reservation cancellation at any time.
Satisfaction & Complains
  • Though we made best effort to reveal the original scenes of the accomodations via our website, we, VNET.MY do not guarantee your satisfaction in any accommodation you have booked. Therefore, we, VNET.my do not entertain any complains or claims nor refund any money eventhough unsatisfactory arises. The guest shall be responsible for his/her own judgements and decisions.
Rules & Regulations
  • Upon confirmation of reservation, the guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions applied here, and rules and regulations applied by the management of the bungalows/ resorts/ apartments.
Amendments of Terms & Conditions
  • VNET.my reserves all rights to amend any prices, specifications, terms and conditions without prior notice.
